My Visual Dictionary Practice
When I travel, I take a lot of pictures. But not all of them are meant for sharing. Some are just for me. A peeling sign on the side of a building. A street vendor’s handwritten menu. The way the light hits a cracked ceramic tile, making the color glow in a way I’ve never seen before. These aren’t the kinds of photos that make it onto my Instagram feed. They aren’t perfectly framed or carefully edited. But they matter.
